Waterside Hotel & Leisure Club

Booked this hotel back in December for a comedy festival we are coming to this weekend. Received contact today to tell us the booking has been cancelled and then some crack pot excuse the room was fully booked when we made the original booking in December. Clearly they just have either overbooked the room or realised they can get more money for it due to the comedy festival. Do not book this hotel unless you want to be let down 2 days before your booking even though you booked 9 months ago

Had a great stay, staff were friendly and helpful. Room had everything you needed, clean & comfortable. There were lots of options for breakfast. Would stay there again. Location was lovely.

Attending an event at Wythenshaw Park and all local hotels either sold out or extortionate. Waterside popped up on a travel app I use for work, initially seemed too good to be true - at far less than most others within 10 mile radius. But wow! Exactly as described, compact but very clean room with everything we needed, including nice toiletries, selection of drinks and complimentary biscuits. Staff at check in incredibly processional and friendly. I added breakfast upon booking, and price for two was not much more than a takeaway coffee! Again at breakfast, very pleased to see good choice of hot and cold items, fruit and drinks: all decent quality. Planned to use pool and facilities after checkout but didn’t, just because weather so nice that day. Fantastic value hotel with a nice atmosphere. Will definitely use again if in area!

Loved the pool, spa, bar and breakfast. The location was perfect for a nearby concert at Wythenshawe Park. Would definitely book here again and will!

Hi nice hotel, breakfast was nice and they had a good ranger, the use of the pool and sauna was great, but as it is also open to the public is busy, (its a leisure centre/gym with a hotel) clean, the only thing is I had a small double room well its a good thing we a both small as the bed was not a double size, I understand the room being small but the bed was more a small queen size. bed. would same again but not in the small more if there is 2 of us. FREE PARKING GREAT

For our anniversary, we reserved a room at the Waterside Hotel, and we had an amazing time. The hotel itself is fantastic, with good amenities including a steam room, sauna, pool, and jacuzzi—all ideal for a restful vacation. The exceptional treatment was what really made our trip unforgettable. We would especially want to thank Saadia and Dan, who were both outstanding during our visit. We truly loved Saadia's considerate help, and she went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. Strongly suggested for a cosy and friendly stay!

Great range of facilities for traveller -cosy room, work-out facilities -pool spa etc; near National Trust estates. Polite helpful service too -all up highly recommended

Great hotel stayed there for 12 months as I was working in Manchester , staff are amazing , clean and tidy ,would highly recommend ,would defiantly book again

We booked here because the reviews have been great, and they weren't wrong. It's absolutely lovely here, the front of house staff Shelby and Saadia were very friendly, hwlping us sttle in, happy to have a chat and made us feel very welcome, and Sian was very friendly too at breakfast, sharing wedding experiences. The hotel has lots of facilities that are super clean and the bed was soooo comfy, definitely come here again. Xxxx thanks guys xxx
