Besides the good location this hotel is very dated. Dirt/stains/rust/broken tiles everywhere. Above all is the very poor food and the disastrous behavior of the front desk and the management. As mentioned the hotels location is good but there are many hotels nearby which are much better. I will not return to this hotel.

We arrived for a special occasion and felt pampered and treated to a fun all inclusive vacation. To get the most out of the expansive hotel, with pools and spa and gym and beach and kids club etc etc, not to mention the open bar and nightly entertainment, we came early. The hotel was clean and had an open feel to it with gorgeous views of the Dead Sea. We got our rooms in the afternoon and were pleased. The rooms were clean and had a safe, closet area, decent bathroom, tea corner, TV and remote, hairdyer etc , as promised. But who stays in the room here when there is so much to do around the hotel. We saw kids enjoying the kids room, teens enjoying laser tag and the game room, young and old couples walking around and groups playing game. The food was great. Breakfast was an amazing array of everything one can imagine they want for breakfast. Midweek none of the food seemed old or leftovers. Lunch and supper were also good, lots of variety. No one left hungry and its a good thing we arent weighed going in or out. The little touches really made our visit and vacation unforgettable and we will be coming back.

This is literally a roach motel (2 at front desk upon check in). Booked for a quick night based on reviews it’s a whatever decent hotel. It is NOT anywhere near decent. It’s DISGUSTING. Checking in was a nightmare, took 40 minutes just to get the room key , with scowling, rude employees. No towels in the room, had to come back down to get them. The room was filthy. Stains all over the windows and any surface that you can touch was stained in filthy, oily fingerprints. The manager is rude and unprofessional, lazy staff and it’s hard to believe this place is in business.

The staff was wonderful and a big thanks for לאת she was so cute and helpful person and all time was calling to take care of us and she helped with checking in with a lot person in reception

We looked for a vacation together with the children, which will be all-inclusive, rest, swimming pool, the hotel has provided an amazing response to all the needs, courteous and professional service of the staff, activities for children, slides, private Dead Sea Beach with an exit to the promenade. There was an amazing vacation full of food… full of sweets for children and fruits. It's amazing

The AC in the room did not work. I was begging them for over five hours to come look at it, finally after five hours they agreed to switch 1 of my rooms. The other room, the AC was also working very very poor

Amazing food and customer service!! Would recommend with kids or a family. Great for a weekend or middle of the week with a pool and music!

Our stay was brief, but very comfortable. We only had one day in the Dead Sea, but such fun! The food was delicious and abundant. Our room looked out on the Sea and pool...beautiful! We pray for Israel and a return to normalcy for their livelihoods!
