Was older and not worth the price. No breakfast included. Access to side entrance had no handicap parking or access to the door, i.e no ramp on side door where our room was. I had to wheel my mother all the way around and up hills... Handicap parking is in the front on a steep hill. Difficult to manage a wheelchair. The TV remote didn't work and I had to plug the direct TV box into the TV and the other cables as well..I wasn't thinking I was going to have to be the IT department on top of all that.

I wasn’t able to take part in all the facility offers but my bathroom was very little. Trying to close the door was kinda tight when we both were in the bathroom together.
USI asked the General Manager or someone that was in charge to look at the extra charges that occurred when I stayed at there location in Vicksburg Ms. This incident happen on April 3, 2026. A loose towel rack was in the restroom that was already damaged and the Manager took pictures and charged me for the damages that equal 155$! The. Management has ignored my phone calls and declined to give me an explanation for the charges!!! Going forward if anyone goes there to stay make sure you video your room before leaving and have proper documentation on your stay so this will never happen to you!!!!!

USCheck in staff member was friendly. Large room was clean and bed was comfortable. Plenty of hot water for shower and shaving. The buffet breakfast was very good and the staff who kept the buffet stocked were fantastic.
Would have been nice to have a light in the area of the luggage stand. Tub in our room was slippery, perhaps needs some non-slip stickers. There is a luggage cart that is missing a bar for hanging clothes.
