room had a slight "urine" smell. Seemed to be coming from the AC unit.
USUSUSUSWe had to change our dates due to an illness of a family member and Holiday Inn was very accommodating. Check in was easy, Bed was comfortable, plenty of hot water in the bathroom/shower. Breakfast was good, especially the blueberry muffins and the fresh fruit. The sweet lady that keeps the breakfast could be a manager at the 5-star restaurant, the way that she comes around and asks if you need anything, will bring you what you need and keeps the breakfast buffet stocked at the same time.
I didn't get the invoice in my email as the text said I would.
