USThe csr when we checked out was very kind, engaging, and funny.
I requested a non smoking room. When we got in our assigned room, it smelled like smoke. When I called the front desk, the csr told me it was a non smoking room and didn't offer to swap out our room, sanitize it, or give us a discount and we had nowhere else to go.

You have to pay for breakfast. Which that isn’t mentioned anywhere. Shower pressure was not good. Keys didn’t work.

The door to the room was difficult to open.
USVery clean rooms and a safe location to park without worry. Breakfast was very reasonable if you wanted it for less than $5. Staff was super friendly. So for ale spacious rooms.
Wasn’t directly off the exit but Vicksburg’s exits are all a little odd.

Room was stuffy. We couldn’t get TV to work, it said no signal.
