"Great hotel"

The hotel was recently remodeled the rooms are nice I love the fact they have spacious rooms for families I read the reviews on front desk staff & there was a woman there that was rude but the man at night was the sweetest this will be my go to hotel for Lubbock trips from now on

"Exceptional"

The fitness center is not open as there is no equipment in the room. The pool doesn’t open until 0900 which is a bummer because I like early swimming when no one else is awake but I couldn’t enjoy the pool. The room was nice but there was a bright light shining into the room under the blinds. The breakfast was okay, nothing special. I would stay here again.

Considering that it was TTU graduation and the hotels were wicked expensive. This was a hotel that did not gouged you for a room. Ok hotel and cleanish.

"Will not stay at comfort suites"

Bathtub don’t drain properly.Bedcover had stain.Room has a funky smell.The bedsheets don’t smell clean.Elevator stinks.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms are a nice size. The sink was outside the bathroom which I don't like. It was an overall comfortable stay. Pricey but nice.

The room was hot and we had a very difficult time finding the hotel (about 35 extra minutes) even though we had used the Expedia address and directions. We had to ask the front desk for assistance to get the door open because it seemed like there was a lock on the door even though the key cleared.

"Not good but not bad either. "

Coffee was cold for breakfast. Dirty Diaper near the pool. The pool cut my daughter’s feet, it really needs to be vacuumed because of some sand like stuff on the pool floor. Other than that it was a nice stay!

The staff was wonderful and so friendly. The property was clean and nice and pool was clean and heated. Wonderful stay!
