Stayed 5 nights,bed was supper comfortable..slept like a baby.Only issue i did have was i got locked out the room 3 times,because the key kept diactivating.

"Its ok but not the best! "

I used mycard to pay for room with no problems, however when i arrived and they needed to see my credit card they told me they cant accept that card. I had to go pyll cash out for then to hold until check out. When asking the lady where closest atm was she did not know, asking for nearest gas station she did not know asked what local places are around to eat did not know.please train your employees to know their surroundings to help out of state guest and maybe have them be a little more pleasant. The lady in the morning was exceptionally pleasnt and very helpful.

Both Expedia and the hotel provided no customer service. When I got to the hotel they had cancelled the reservation and said I was a no show. They would not rebook my reservation. I had to go to a different hotel. Then, the following day I get a survey asking about my stay which they had cancelled. The front desk clerk was unprofessional and had no interest or ability to resolve the issue.

"Won't stay again "

Door was stuck to where you couldn't open easily. There was a loud fan noise that ran all night and got louder so we couldn't sleep, terrible. Toilet seat was not fastened and no conditioner. No pool towels and no longer has a hot tub as advertised
