The staff are very friendly and helpful, location is perfect there are lots of local shops as well walking distance. Oh yeah, I almost forgot. Also, there's a train station next door less than 2 minutes walk.

Didn't like the stairs too many twisting and turning room size of small next time I prefer to stay on the ground floor if there's room available once you're in the property you should have access to use the back door apart from those little details everything else was okay, perfect location for me.

The room was extremely hot, it was very uncomfortable. The shower pressure was low, that made it difficult to rinse off the shampoo off your hair..

Room was compact but had everything we needed, including very good toiletries. Room was easy to access, comfortable bed

Great location

Amazing customer service Mustafa, Amina and Chef, were super helpful nothing was too much trouble, they made our stay. Loved that breakfast was made to order no waste and fresh beautiful and tasty. Our rooms were clean and neat, the same with the communal areas, the staff working here are a real asset to the hotel company, other companies could really learn from the hard work, cleanliness and great skills these staff provide.

We stayed on one of the warmest weekends of the year, and the rooms are super warm, in fact without a large fan would have been unbearable, luckily we brought ours with us.

Easy to park and nice welcome at the desk. Very comfortable room, well appointed. I was at the back of the hotel and it was nice to look out on the trees. There was a train tack beyond the trees, but this was no problem at all. Not a busy line.

This is not something they can change, but the corridors were very narrow and my room was a good way down them. Not a big deal. Also, the veggie breakfast, although beautifully cooked, was a bit lacking. Some well seasoned mushrooms would have been a nice extra. But the staff member on duty was efficient and kind when I nearly set the toaster on fire 😂
