Village Hotel Swansea

Service was outstanding, all staff were very helpful during my stay. Food was good. Rooms were clean and well presented. Onsite gym was excellent.

Great hotel, with comfy beds. Really enjoyed my trip and would highly recommend to anyone who’s in or around the area. Would stay again

I had a great stay at the Village Hotel Swansea. The staff were friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the leisure facilities were excellent. The restaurant and bar had a great atmosphere, and the location near the marina was perfect. Highly recommended!

Just had a meeting at Swansea Village hotel and found this insect in my chicken salad. Appalled. Not only by the finding but mainly by their poor response and no apology until I was leaving and left my phone number an hour later. Trading standards have been informed who were notifying Enviro Health. Tests will determine what it is (they suggested it was a moth) but regardless it should not have been in my food.

It was ok the breakfast was very poor with limited choice and the choice was very poor

Placed in a room next to gym where music was playing so loudly you could hear every beat. No solution offered by staff. Went in until around 9pm and then again from 7am. Bathroom was dirty. Have stayed before but never experienced this.

Room doors are exceptionally noisy when they close. I could hear every door shutting with a bang and this kept me away most nights. Disappointed that parking and pool use hasn't included. Never encountered this before.
