Bit of a smell in the bedroom Dirty feet smell

Had my wedding here. Was Amazing from start to finish. All staff were kind and very helpful. Wedding co ordinators were fab, attentive, knew what i wanted. I couldn’t have asked for any more. Stayed the night, room was done up lovely, very clean and comfy.

Sink in toilet was blocked. When we reported to reception was told there was no maintenance on site and nothing can be done until morning. We were checking out early morning anyway. No mention of car park charges while or after booking but was told at reception there was a charge.

Great hotel, very comfy beds and nice pool

I paid extra because they have a pool and parking but get there and that’s not included it’s a premiere inn but 3 times the price never again

Lovely night away from the kids, just to two of us, room was clean, cared for and overlooking the bay. The village has lovely amenities and pool, exceptional staff and a great night away.

We recently hosted our secret wedding reception at Village Hotel Swansea. The booking was made only 3 weeks prior to the event and was disguised as an 'Engagement' party. Sarah and Obaidah were absolutely faultless when it came to helping set the night up for us and making sure that it stayed a secret and that everything ran smoothly. They formed a plan to get all of our guests into the room ready for our big reveal, which included closing the toilets and the bar and created a fake emergency scenario to get everyone to comply. They set up a separate room for us to secretly quickly change into our wedding clothes and then made sure the coast was clear before sneaking us back into the bar area where two security were guarding the doors to make sure no guests tried to leave. I cannot praise every single member of staff involved in our night enough, from the security, to the bar staff and the chefs, every single thing was faultless and executed to a very high standard. We have had so many compliments about the food (especially the burgers and the corn in the cob) And to top it all off, when we checked into our room after the party, it had been decorated with "Just Married" balloons and pillows as well as some champagne, it was an incredibly thoughtful gesture. Considering this was planned at such last minute I am amazed at how well it turned out, I will definitely be coming to the village for any future events and recommending it to everyone. We had arranged a 70th party at the Village Hotel Swansea, the whole experience was made easy by the events team, We made the arrangements though a lovely girl Annabel, she was brilliant, took us through every stage of the journey. Now was the day of the party 9th August, Annabel came in to the Hotel in her own time and spent the morning dressing the room up for the party . Which was a spectacular experience for us, every had been done , could not fault a thing, during the party the other staff we’re also fantastic, attending to every need of us and our guests, and can not praise them enough , but special attention was given to us by Annabel, Mike, and I think her name Culia in the bar, our DJ Dave was great not finishing until 12:30+ the food was delicious and hot, but we could not fault anyone from the security on the door, to Chefs and kitchen staff which did not have opportunity to thank. I would completely recommend the Village Hotel Swansea to anyone who wanted a special night to remember
