Came for lunch with my family, the food was great , staff very pleasant especially a lady named Sian. I think I got that right, I’m sure I over heard her name being called

I have raised a complaint which has not been dealt with, there was fecal matter in the carpet of the disabled room I booked, a used earbuds and a ball of hair by the bed too. Facilities and staff were lovely however.

"What more do you need"

Always use village as I know exactly what I’m getting every time. Food lovely staff always friendly and willing to help. Rooms clean and spacious and gym and Starbucks on site! What more could you need

"Can’t wait to go back"

Amazing stay at Swansea. Love how friendly everyone you see is. My room was spotlessly clean and the food was fab. Went for a little swim and the pool area is massive. Also had a sauna and steam room too! Can’t wait to return

Absolutely love coming here. Staff are always so friendly. Everything is clean and tidy. Gym while busy there is plenty of machines to go on. Bedrooms lovely since the refurb and always clean. Love the coffee machines are back in club rooms. Food always plenty of it and piping hot

booking was made in wrong date more thn a month in advance hotel refused to move it or refund booking. Sharp business practice at best downright immoral and not conducive to repeat business

"Smart, friendly & clean"

Amazing stay everyone so friendly we always keep going back . Full use of facilities ! Pool and spa areas were so clean. Room was perfect. Although need bigger coffee cups 😄 and couldn't find drinking water or bottle water to buy. Was a lot of confusion due to booking club room with Expedia check in they say have free breakfast and then get to breakfast in morning ...... £25 for two because you didn't book directly through village was a bit annoying because we'd already eaten it. Won't stop us revisiting though just won't boo
