Every member of staff was excellent

I star you often but i was pit in a room above the patio area on the bar, the noise was bloody ridiculous got to sleep at 12.00 and i am up for work at 4.00.

The staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good, but some additional toiletry would have been handy in the bathroom. The parking cost at £5.00 was also very reasonable 👍

Brilliant stay at The Village hotel, very friendly staff, really good facilities including the gym/spa and having a Starbucks next door was brilliant. The staff even arranged a super early morning breakfast option before my Ironman race, great service.

excellent place to conduct buisness and interviews, i regularly take a buisness lunch or work from the coffee shop the staff are friendly and the location is prime for networking

Pre call from Villlage hotels was a nice touch Was told parking would be free but it wasn’t! Had to pay on arrival Gym and pool was open very busy though Close to town about a 20min walk

Village Hotels are always a nice stay, but they went better than usual by prepping early breakfasts from 4am for those participating in the Swansea Ironman on the weekend. Great service.

Just stayed at this hotel Saturday night. Arrived for an early paid for check in. 2 staff chatting at a reception pod. No interaction, so used the self service machine, which worked OK. Had a 2x double room on 3rd floor overlooking the car park, but was not noisy. Room was clean Aircpn was working well. TV was a bit iffy. Plenty of towels. Bed comfy, bathroom perfect. We arrived early to use the leisure facilities, but was disappointed in 2 elements. Firstly you choose a locker not being used and hope for the best your belongings are their on return as their is no lock. It appears the gym members bring their own. Secondly the state of the changing rooms was very wet. On a positive the swim area was being cleaned and the facilities were perfect. Breakfast was great value in the morning, with little interaction from the staff. Was busy but plenty of food. Overall was very good, but could be excellent. I would return as their are more positives than negatives.

On arrival we thought this was a nice hotel. We had a room at the front on the second floor overlooking the car park ( the other side overlooks the A483) and could not really see the harbour as said in previous reviews. I understand you have to pay more to get a better view on a higher floor. I felt for what we had paid for the two nights well over £ 200 , was not good value and did not include breakfast. We mentioned that the shower wash etc was empty and on returning to the room found they had put more towels but no shower gel ! just as well we had gone and brought some. If you are looking for a relaxing weekend and dont mind lots of noise, happy to pay for extras like breakfast and the use of the gym etc then maybe its for you but we would not return. Of note the parking is free at the weekend and the hotel is about 15/20 minutes walk into town depending how fast you walk, here we found a variety of places to eat and drink.

Staff were so accommodating, however on booking I explained it was a birthday and was told they would sort something for the room . But unfortunately they didn’t I would however recommend your hotel and especially the wonderful staff Nothing was too much trouble
