"Would stay again."

Rooms are old but roomy. Everything you need is in room. Staff were lovely and reliable to deal with. Walking distance to hospitals which is what I needed.

Breakfast not available which was a shame. Arriving late with no car I couldn’t get supplies. But uber eats was fantastic.

Not much

Most things. Room was primitive. Also if you’re going to have a microwave and fridge etc in a room - please provide cutlery and bowls or plates to eat from.

That the room was serviced daily. The towels were fluffy and soft. Plenty of milk in the fridge for coffee.

The shower head kept falling down. The air conditioning system was dirty. Window jammed Bed was very hard

"Great service"

The managers were great. I specified that I didn't want to deal with steps,the communication with booking.com didn't happen in this booking.first night I was upstairs, management carried my luggage upstairs and accommodated me the second night on bottom floor and took my luggage downstairs with no prompts. Great service

Booking.com did not let management of motel that I required floor level accomodation. Will not be using booking.com in the future.
