It was close to the netball courts for our carnival

The lounge and floors were filthy, we had to put a towel down to sit on the lounge. The bathroom door wouldn’t close, sirens were a regular occurrence through the night. The restaurant was closed the whole time.

The staff were very friendly and our room was clean. Bedding and towels were clean and fresh. Gardens are lovely.

The room was very dated. The bathroom was ancient. Taps were ancient in vanity. The shower screen was ancient and let water run onto the bathroom floor, which then soaked the bathmat. The shower stall itself was tiny; I am not a large person, and I felt squished. The tile grout was missing in some areas of the shower. The windows in the room were not sealed, meaning the window frames had come away from the glass. This allowed the sound of the busy road to be more noticeable throughout the night. There was only one tiny bottle of water in the little fridge for a booking for two people, and the milk capsules were frozen, so we were unable to have a white coffee.

It could of been cleaner the curtains were dirty and very very dusty and walls were dirty floor and skirting boards where dirty and dusty, the shower leaked water all over the floor, fridge defrosted all over the floor, no soap in the bathroom to wash hands after the toilet, very cheap coffee which was horrible and only one very tiny bottle of water 200ml soo very disappointing for a great western and I’ve been to a lot of Motels
