Don’t think bed linen was changed between guests

Location was good

The overpowering smell of curry in the reception area was not a good start & the attitude of the staff was very disappointing. With a 10.00am check out we had housekeeping staff trying to access our room at 9.30am & then while vacating our room the electronic room key was disabled prior to 10.00am. The staff of this place need to take a course on how to deal with their guests. We will not be staying here again.

I searched the hotel. This was top rate price of cheap and old motel. There’s no lift available, only the outside staircase access to the second floor. Noisy location beside the major road and no window was able to open. Facilities were very basic ,not clean and ants creeping around.

The Manager constantly accused my client who was booked into the motel of doing things she was not doing. they accused her of smoking in the room which she did not. They accused her of screaming in her room which she did not, because I was with her at this time of this screaming event, in fact she was not at the unit during this time. Just racist against Aboriginal people.
