Bed was comfortable and air con worked really well.

There was no washer left.

Excellent service, starts with reception- very friendly and welcoming. Close to central Ipswich and the Showground. Lots of parking.

Had a double bed, and a single bed. Very comfortable as my partner and I had just driven 16 hours so sleeping in separate beds ensured we had ample rest. Room was nice and clean and enjoyed the AC very much. The receptionist very friendly and helpful in showing us to our room

Not enough biscuits or bottled water per guest. There was 3 of us and there was only 1 250 ml bottle of water and 1 packet of biscuits. The bed was uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. The pillows were past their time. The shower is a bad design, flooded the bathroom every time you used it. Very overpriced for what you get......or don't get more to the point.

Toilet, was filthy underneath the lid, not noticeable unless you dropped something. Pillows smelt of cigarette smoke. Changed pillows around until I founs some that didn't smell. For the week travelling this was by far the most expensive and by far the worst, size location fine.
