The bed mattress was boney and uncomfortable and the price well let’s say that it’s no great western

The location was perfect for us. Not too far from Riverlink and other destinations we had. The property was easy to access. Also close to the hospital for an accident prone child! The owners of the property are really lovely.

The shower had a bit of a gap in the silicone and the shower floor got pretty wet. I let the owners know and they gave us extra towels until they could hire a handyman to fix it.

Location. Could be an amazing motel and restaurant, but has been let run down and restaurant and pool not even used.

Manager was rude. Pool hours in room book say close time 7. Manager said pool closes at 6 and argued with me. No one uses the pool. Pool area looks like a dump. Shower was like standing under a hose and lots of water runs on floor. Very noisy road traffic.

Very comfortable room, clean and welcoming hosts.

Room was on road side so some road noise, other side of building would be better, minor cosmetic repairs needed in room

Nothing to like although, our granddaughter liked the pool

Smoking area was right outside our door. TV didn't work properly. You couldn't sit in the only lounge chair in the family suite room, unless you liked sinking to the floor and lack of seating. The bathroom was grotty. Cracked tiles, mould. Curtains old, windows filthy. Had to wear shoes as the floor/carpet were dirty. Best Western used to have a reputable name, but not this place.

Nothing. Wasn't allowed to enter the motel. Staff manager was very rude and told me cos I lived in the Ipswich area was not permitted.

The Motel Managers very rude and needs to find some respect and manners

Clean and comfortable. Happy to stay regularly but a little far from Brisbane to be convenient.
