The Inn on Loch Lomond

Nice location near the Loch and comfortable room - worth paying extra for the view. Helpful staff Restaurant, both dinner and breakfast was sadly a let down

The beach house is in a great location, and the room was clean and tidy. The service however was the worst I’ve ever experienced. There was never anyone at reception when called so I had to walk all the way up and hang around until someone came to the desk. Not to mention we were only there 4 days, and the key cards deactivated 3 days in a row, which meant another walk back to reception to wait around. Breakfast was slapdash and I got different things every time, even though I’d ordered the same thing. You had to get the waiters attention if you needed anything as they never checked in on you or asked if you wanted tea/coffee/juice refills. The food was average, nothing spectacular. Overall the service wasn’t acceptable, but location and room were great.

The beach house accommodation was better than the rooms in the actual hotel. The hotel rooms dont overlook the Loch, they are just Loch-facing.

The location was lovely, ,the hotel was pleasant and comfortable. However, the food was awful my starter and main was returned. I ended up ordering a pizza which I though would be safe option but even that was not great. I personally wouldn't return for that reason.

nice hotel in a beautiful location, room was nice , heated floor in bathroom was very hot, almost unbearable (206) . Hotel appeared to be short staffed which lead to an abrupt check in, and a 20 minute wait for our order to be taken at dinner. many other also did not receive their orders. Breakfast was significantly better.

This is the second time staying at this hotel and I have to say it's been super both times. Most of the staff are attentive, polite and great at there job. Room is fantastic and the view of loch is wonderful. Recommend the beach house! Food was lovely!

Spent two nights here & loved every minute of it. Had dinner at the hotel both nights and The food was great. The staff were so lovely & made you feel right at home. No complaints, we will definitely be returning.

The room we had in the beach house was amazing. Really lovely room and excellent value for money. The only thing that let the hotel down was the food. The evening meal wasn’t that nice for the price and breakfast again wasn’t that impressive.

Had an amazing overnight at this hotel, the room was good sized & immaculate, same with the bathroom, which had heating flooring ! We took our dog too, it was no problem to have him in the room with us. All staff were so helpful & friendly, they were so helpful setting us up a table separately so we could dine out the way as we had the dog. Food all really nice and reasonable, will def be back
