Staff at ALL levels were "spot on" EVERY time

PARKING only 1 handicap spot at main level, 4 in lower level ( and 3 of those had "poles" in them, ALL handicap spots should be at main level.

Loved the extremely comfortable two king beds, the fireplace, and the balcony overlooking the ocean. Hotel staff were so kind and informative.

The view of the ocean

The room was not functional at all. The beds were very high to begin with. My mom who is five feet tall had to climb onto a chair to get on the bed. The balcony to the ocean had cracks making it dangerous for us to step out and enjoy the view. The glass doors were dirty. The breakfast was cold packaged food. Hot water for tea was always like warm.

All of the stay

Beds are too high. You got to have a stool or something to get on them. Comfortable once you get on them.

Great location and amenities

A/C in the room didnt work, every time I pulled into or out of the parking lot my car scraped no matter upper floor or lower
