お部屋が広くインテリアも素敵でした。ベランダから海が見えて開放的でした。アップグレードもしていただきとても気持ちよく過ごせました。

Resort stupendo opera dell'Architetto Geoffrey Bawa.Gli arredi sono originali, dai tessuti alle lampade e mobili in teck bellissimi.Le camere sono ampie tutte con balcone vista piscina e mare.Tutto mi è piaciuto, anche i servizi curati e sempre attenti, ma disinvolti.Cucina molto buona, complimenti per tutto!

The architecture and the design is very nice. All rooms are oriented towards the sea with a great view. Our room had a nice exit through the balcony directly to the pool. Had multiple restaurants/bars/cafes on the property to choose from. Beautiful surroundings and nature, amazing coconut trees. Staff is mostly friendly but not great service. Caution - this hotel has many wedding celebrations, and it can be beautiful but it is also noisy.

The first and most important part is withholding the information about the 33% tax on top of any bill in the hotel. We had multiple surprised with this and this is not acceptable. They had to be transparent with this as this is a huge tax and it adds up a lot on the bill. Second - service is quite slow and not great. Sometimes we had to ask multiple for a glass of water, and once some food in the buffet is over, they are not putting any effort to refill and if asked, again multiple times is needed. Third - Cleanliness is also a bit of an issue, they would come and clean or so it would look like, but we had dirty bloody linen from mosquitos two days, they just made the bed with the same linen two days in a row. Also, shower curtain is moldy at the bottom.

Het zwembad is mooi, groot, voldoende ligbedjes, handdoeken voorzien via het hotel. Ontbijt en diner in buffetvorm is uitgebreid, voldoende keuze en lekker. Er zijn nog 2 andere restaurant voor kleinere hapjes of a la carte menu.

De schoonmaak was wat ongeorganiseerd, apart water brengen, apart langskomen voor vegen en apart voor het opmaken van de bedden. De grond was niet geheel schoon, er lagen veel blaadjes en vliegjes. Bedden waren netjes, schoon, fris. Je moet wel duidelijk aangeven dat je nieuw beddengoed wilt middels een kaartje op je kussen, anders wordt dat niet gedaan.

the lobby view to the sea is incredible. after all the Bawa's work i been visited, this one has the best 'vacation vibe'. Though the room we live in is designed not by Bawa but his student, it is ok.
