Djibouti Palace Kempinski

I’ve stayed at Kempinski many times before and always had a great experience, but this last visit left me very disappointed all because of the attitude of one of the managers, Mostafa. In the morning, I was told I could extend my stay, but around 12:30 pm, just as I was about to take my kids swimming, I was suddenly told I had to check out within an hour. With three kids under three, it’s not easy to rush like that, yet I still managed to have the room packed and ready within 30 minutes. Instead of showing any understanding, Mostafa came across as very rude, cold, and completely unsympathetic. Later, when I returned around 4 pm to collect my luggage, I was told I hadn’t checked out even after doing exactly what he asked earlier. It was frustrating, unprofessional, and completely unnecessary. I’ve always loved this hotel for its beauty and atmosphere, but this experience left a bad impression. I hope management takes this seriously because no guest, especially one with small children, should be treated this way.

Good food and great attention from Keyseh and Harbi. Nice location inside the Kempinski Hotel. A perfect place to relax and enjoy.

The staff provided outstanding service, and SABADE was particularly welcoming and attentive. I look forward to coming back for another wonderful day experience filled with high-quality meals.

Tesis gerçekten hijyen değildi. Odalar yüzeysel temizlik yapılıyordu ama her taraf toz içindeydi. Dışarda havuz kenarında ki sandalye ve masalar kuş pislikleri ve yap içindeydi. Gerçekten çok pişman oldum.

Lovely hotel, attentive staff. The room was quiet and comfortable, and the amenities were convenient. Safe and clean inside but hot outside.

Cool vibe & amazing views over the water. Very friendly staff. Chouhri, our bartender took great care of us. Outdoor lounge has great views.

The bartender Chouhri at Sky Bar is an amazing woman! She went above and beyond to take of us after we checked in at the hotel. She is extremely friendly and highly knowledgeable with her bartending skills.

Everything is just awsome like every stay ive spend in this hotel and that was as wonderfull as every time all the staff are just amazing and helpfull and very open specially the front desk teams thanks to Nagla. Both Aicha, Hodan and all the others. You are My Number one and I always prefer to stay at Kempinaki oalace Djibiuti whenever I travel.
