Property needs to be updated really bad.

Property under renovation, but wasn't told when booking. They put me in an occupied room upon check in. Shower curtain was not hung properly, I had to do it.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The in room fridge was broken. The whole property needs an upgrade, particularly the room I was given when had a badly done ceiling repair, well worn couch that was sinking in places and broken lampshades. The drinking glass in the room was also broken. I would have been very upset if my child had cut his mouth on it. Had it been earlier in the day when we arrived, I would have asked to be relocated. The only good thing was the staff working the breakfast area - they were wonderful. Would definitely not stay again.

They are renovating but I’m satisfied

Great value for what we needed as a last minute decision to stay while we were traveling cross country. They even booked us rooms side by side with our fellow travelers without us even having to ask.

My sister and I stayed there over the weekend. We found our room terribly dirty. Simone ne fed to get in there and do a good cleaning. It looks as if they just do a half - a**ed job. The bathroom floor was dirty and so was the carpet. There was a very LOUD event going on there and there really shouldn’t be anyone on the first floor across the way from the ballroom. We couldn’t sleep until they stopped the music. It was frustrating. We wanted a relaxing weekend away from home and we got the party of the lifetime that we didn’t want to be invited to. We won’t be back.

Hotel is under renovation. Lots of dirt and debris around, although renovated parts like good.

The rooms are spacious and that’s about all it has going for it. It was dirty, the fridge didn’t work, the ac didn’t work, the paint on the ceiling is peeling furniture is damaged. The list could go on. Even the breakfast foods were cold. After reading good reviews I was very very dissatisfied

Fresh eggs were good.

The hotel needs modernisation and requires a deep clean
