"Most disgusting hotel I’ve ever stayed at. Will not be back."

This hotel is under construction. But for the rooms that haven’t been renovated they are disgusting. Dirty carpet, mold in shower, paint chipping from ceiling and all around dirty. Our room has hair in the shower, bedding that looked like it’s been slept in. We will not be back. I have never stayed in a place this gross.

Entire place littered with construction debris materials and trash. Pool was rancid with a feces smell. Construction going on all weekend directly above my room. Room door wouldn't lock. The room was in disarray when I came in as if someone was searching behind everything for something

I liked the staff the most. Best stay in 5 years. The ladies that worked the breakfast shift the morning of November 2 made my day. I was having a difficult morning after a difficult life and one of them saw me at my worst moment and was kind anyway. Please send them my regards.

"The area was nice and the Embassy Suites was nice but it needed to be more user friendly."

It was very roomy and the Chef was great. The Chef talked to us and made us feel welcome.

They were remodeling so the property was a little cluttered and the elevator was slow.
