Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati Northeast - Blue Ash

We are long time Embassy Suite users and have stayed here before. We have never had a worst hotel stay. It was almost comically bad. First, when we arrived there were zero people here to check us in. After a 15-20 minutes wait, someone ran by, threw up a sign that we would have to wait further because of leaks and ran off. 20 minutes later they finally came back to check us in. The hotel was under construction. There was a notice that the pool was closed but nothing about how 90% of the hotel is closed. There was also not a notice that the hotel is full of dust and that they would be jackhammering literally outside our door inside the hotel at 9am. We also went down for breakfast and the power had gone out. Also, the room was disgusting. THe handle almost fell off the shower, there is mold everywhere in the bathroom and the bedding is old and gross. We will not be back and are very disappointed in our Hilton stay. This hotel should be shut down until renovations are complete. To stay here is a hotel scam.

I didn’t like anything about the property

They are still doing construction and I had to pack me and my kids up to go to the pool across the street. The lady at the desk said it says that the pool is closed on the website but I didn’t book through their website. Overall I will be back next year for my daughter birthday hopefully the rent ovations will be over.

I don’t have anything to say positive. I had no idea when I booked this hotel on Booking.com that it was under construction. My daughter slept on the sofa sleeper and it was barely a mattress. She was literally sleeping on the springs. The lighting in our suite was absolutely horrible. I could barely see to get ready in the morning. I was expecting a beautiful hotel from the pictures, but had nothing but mess to look at. I was absolutely disappointed and feel like it was a complete waste of money! The gentleman at front counter did a good job. That’s the only positive.

Rooms was nice had to bring in a microwave phone didn’t work. So had to keep going down stairs for service. But the breakfast was awesome.

Didn’t know the hotel was being renovated so kids wasn’t able to swim reason why I stay there in the first place was the pool. Construction all over the place wasn’t a good look. The lamp in the rooms everyone kept hitting there head on it. Dont know why it would be there so low like that

Hotel was under construction. I was woken up early Saturday morning instead of sleeping in like I planned. That weekend was supposed to be a little get away from from everything. But that wasn't the case.
