We had 2 weeks in Minoa Palace resort and the service and experince was amazing. The hotel is clean with spacious rooms and great view. The staff is frindly and nice and we were impressed by Zoi, Marius, Sergio, Marina and Maria ( the Galazio's amazing cook) . Both restaurants Galazio and Thallasso are exquisit with authentic Cretan food but there are also other options around if you want to explore more. Wine connoseur George helped us to chose amazing wines and we cannot thank enough to everyone that made our stay relaxing and enjoyable. We cannot wait to go back

Just returned home from a family holiday of 4 adults, I am always dubious when booking a hotel that I haven’t been to before as I am so fussy. The hotel is absolutely amazing 🤩 and it’s spread over 2 different location, one area is set in beautiful well kept gardens and the other area is on the beach. We stayed in the main area and I paid extra for pool view rooms, the views from the rooms were fabulous, we could also see the sea in the distance. The grounds of both areas are very well maintained and beautiful in design, there are different pools to choose from all with plenty of available sun beds both in the sun and shade. We stayed half board and the food was amazing, always plenty of choices, we also enjoyed the different theme nights every night.There are snacks available at the pool all day, but you also have the option to have lunch at the beach restaurant which we did, the views from here are amazing, the hotel also catering for dietary needs but they need to be informed on arrival 🤩 The staff are first class and all work very hard, they are very attentive and always happy to help with a smile.The location of the hotel is great, 10 minutes walk into the centre of town, but there are also plenty of shops, bars and restaurants right outside the hotel. The bus stop to Chania is a 2 min walk from the hotel and you can get a bus ticket on the bus and pay either with cash or card. The hotel is very relaxing with a chilled out vibe and all the guests were very respectful of each other. There is some low key evening entertainment most nights and mornings activities eg. yoga on the beach and aqua aerobics at the main pool.The Spar pool and area inside is beautiful, and there is a well equipped gym which both my husband and son used most days. We had a fabulous family holiday, thoroughly enjoyed it and will return at some point in the future 🤩

The rooms were spacious, the buffet breakfast delicious and the staff was very friendly. However, our key didn't work. I had to go to the lobby 7 times for this, which was a hassle. Also, in a 5 star resort there should be some things for kids to play with in the pool and more pampering amenities in the room, beside the obligatory shower cap. Also, a free shuttle to Chania would have been a big advantage.

This was our third stay at this hotel, and it delivers top-notch service every time. They remember you and give that little extra touch for loyal guests. Fantastic breakfast, and everyone working there is extremely friendly. The rooms are very nice and up to date also. Highly recommended.

We are currently staying at Minoa Palace after coming 6 years ago and could not be happier. We arrived off a delayed flight at 0200 Monday morning, the night staff were great , quick check in and straight to our room. Our room (729) is on beach side with private pool. The room is lovely , cleaned daily, fresh sheets and towels as required. We have breakfast overlooking the sea which is beautiful. The food at the main dining area is fabulous and plenty of choices. Our daughter joined us on Tuesday and the reception staff organised her taxi from the airport and very quick check in. The hotel is beautiful , clean and relaxing . All the staff are friendly , polite and a credit to the hotel. We are so pleased to be back at Minoa Palace again.

I recently stayed at Minoa Palace and overall had a pleasant experience. The service was excellent, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I had a bungalow-style room, it was clean and located in a beautiful, well-kept area, though it was quite far from the beach, which made access a bit inconvenient. The pool area was nice, but there was some noticeable noise from the nearby road, which slightly affected the relaxing atmosphere. One of the highlights was the location of the hotel, which offered easy access to restaurants and supermarkets just outside the property – very convenient for meals and essentials. Breakfast was decent, but there was little variety from day to day, which became repetitive over the course of the stay. The overall experience was positive, and I would recommend the hotel for its service, cleanliness, and convenient location.

We stayed at Minoa Palace Hotel with our grown up sons and their friends for a week from the end of July to early August. It catered to our needs and we all enjoyed our stay. The hotel consists of two parts, the beach part and the main part, the two parts are connected by a bridge over a road. We stayed in the main part and had rooms with pool views. The room was big enough for two people, had a balcony and a good sized bathroom. The gym isn’t big but it had all the necessary equipment. The pool and beach areas were great, the only downside was that they were really busy and if you went there too late, you couldn’t get chairs. They also run out of clean towels by the pool one afternoon. The staff in the restaurant were very friendly and attentive. The food was very good and there was plenty of choice. Make sure you go there when they have the barbecue night! The hotel rooms and the hotel area in general were very clean. The location is also good, the shops and restaurants are nearby. We had half board in the hotel, next time I would probably just have breakfast and the occasional dinner there and explore and enjoy the numerous restaurants in the village. All in all we were very happy with our stay.

Amazing food options at the property, beautiful resort amenities, accomodating and lovely staff. Perfect for young families. A truely memorable experience will definitely be back.

From July 9th to July 21st, we stayed with our 2 daughters at Minoa Palace, and what an incredible experience it was! Despite arriving late in the evening, the reception and check-in process was remarkably quick and smooth. Our entire stay was flawless. The food was delicious, the room spotlessly clean, and the pools were outstanding. On the advice of Zoi, who went above and beyond to assist us with everything, we enjoyed several wonderful excursions. Her enthusiasm and support made our vacation truly special. The complimentary late check-out was simply perfect and stress-free. The kids are already asking when we’ll return next year, and honestly, we can’t wait to book again!
