In one word BRILLIANT Best hotel we've stayed in,staff,facilities,location,food,rooms all brilliant and will return soon Hopefully in sept if not next year.

We had the best week of our life, staying at Minoa Palace this summer. The hote looks amazing, the Staff is the best and very service minded🙂 Always a smile from every one. Towels, sunbeds, and luxury is NOT a problem here. The hotel got a "private" beach, no problem getting sunbeds, no sellers on the beach, clean beach, and no noise. Check this hotel out, you will not be disapointed. Top luxury! We will for sure come back in 2026....and more 👍🏻🇬🇷

We had a perfect honeymoon at Minoa Palace hotel. Very kind and friendly staff who were happy to help with anything. Really clean and beautiful hotel. Great pool area and beach right next to the hotel with sunbeds. It was convenient that you could put on lights ”do not disturb/houskeeping requested”. A lot of restaurants and small shops in the area. About 20 minutes to Hania city. It was also really fun to explore Crete by renting a scooter.

Second time at Minoa Palace within 2 years. A very nice hotel with a well taken care of garden surroundings. The main pool we used again is just great. The service is good as well in all aspect. We have been in Greece island since 1981 approx 40 times. This was just the 2nd time we stayed at the same hotel.

If you are looking for a beautiful, clean, great food, spectacular place then look no further this is it. The best place in Platania. Beautifully decorated spacious clean rooms, polite and attentive staff all over. We had an amazing time at Minoa Palace.

We stayed beachside for one week. The hotel covers a large complex but is cut in two so the beachside part feels like a small compact hotel. Everything is on the beach - the pool, the bar, the breakfast restaurant all in close proximity. Free sun beds and umbrellas and service on the beach. Reasonable prices. We stayed bed and breakfast as there are lots of beachside restaurants close by. The hotel is quite quiet in the evenings not much going on. Service is good and rooms are spacious, well maintained. If anything went wrong it got sorted immediately. Certainly recommended. One warning though. There is no lift near the pool area. Two flights of stone stairs from first floor to ground level and two flights of stone stairs to toilet at the pool.

I would like to thank this hotel for making our family vacation perfect. We stayed here for a week, and I have nothing negative to say. After three days we got a free upgrade to the presidential suite, and this made the whole vacation. We have two kids, and with that room, we could put them to bed and sit on the terrasse with a glass of wine and enjoy the view. Everyone that worked there was so amazing and serviceminded, the food was great. We ate lunch both on the restaurant at the beach and on the Italian close to the main pool, and they had great food both places. I want to thank the staff, the director and everyone there for an amazing holiday, and we are already considering a new trip in September. Thank you!

Beautiful setting, well appointed rooms, attentive staff.

We had a double room from the new Imperial side. The room was very nice, service was good, and the facilities were great overall. I recommend the cocktails, they were very tasty! However, the AC wasn't very effective and our room was uncomfortably hot, especially as we were here during a bit of a heatwave.
