Kyriad Dunkerque Loon Plage

This hotel is great for the location if you are catching a ferry to Dunkirk, but it is very tired and in need of TLC, however this is reflected in the price. The staff were great though. We did not have breakfast, so cannot comment on that.There were drinks facilities in the room. We have stayed here on numerous occasions because of the location and will stay again.

Decent place for a short stay close to ferry terminal

This is a convenient hotel for people using the car ferry. It is located in an environment that is industrial with port facilities, e.g., warehousing, etc. There is nothing to do or see outside of the hotel grounds.

Very tired hotel. Mould on the outside walls, flaking paint on the staircase, worn carpet. Room OK. Expected more as not the bottom end of the budget market. Worse thing for me was the filthy PVC entrance doorway - grub and fingerprints all over it. Yuk. Felt I needed a shower after using it. Shame as its a great location for the Dunkirk ferry. OK for just one night. Would not want to stay any longer. Will look elsewhere next time.

We had a room for 2 adults and 2 children. You get 2 adjoining rooms with 1 bathroom. This is "budget" as reflected in the price, but it was clean and fit for purpose, for an overnight. Yes there's a bit of black on the seal round the bath, but it's a bit and frankly I don't care when I've paid next to nothing for the room!

We arrived very late in the evening but the staff were still very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful' again the staff were approachable, friendly and helpful.

Clean room. Friendly helpful staff. Safe due to police occupying several rooms (migrant crisis) Room was small but the bed was cosy. Take your own pillows though as these were not the best quality. Overall you get what you pay for and this is reasonably priced given location and convenience

We are a family of 7 yet they gave us one room on the bottom floor and the other room on the second floor and totally at the other end of the hotel i got woken up at 12.15am by a guy yelling and banging on a door then the next morning we were all in one room (myself my husband and 5 children ) and got a phone call at 10am saying the room next door had complained about the noise! !! We were only talking and planning our day it was just the amount of people in one room but because the rooms were so far apart we couldn't leave the children on their own i felt so uncomfortable

Stopped over for one night on the way back fro Disney. Great location for ease to ferry port. Room was comfortable with everything you could need. Added bonus of a connecting room for the kids. Couldn't fault it. Been before and will go again when in the area.

We arrived to this hotel at 11:30 pm just after a long journey from England and ferry trip. gate was shut and no one would open it for us. after 30 min waiting we went to the hotel next to it and asked for the code for the gate. we managed to get inside the hotel but precipitation was close and no one was there to accommodate us. I had to contact Hotel.com and been advices this hotel will shut the reception after 7 pm!!! is this a Hotel?? we ended up without a place to stay over night because all the Hotels are occupied in that time. Be AWARE IF YOU ARE GOING TO ARRIVE LATE YOU WILL END UP SLEEPING IN THE CAR!
