Inn at Haystack Rock

Liked the location and walking distance to downtown.

Parking was a problem. Blinds on door windows didn’t do sufficient job of keeping outdoor light out or providing privacy. Had to sleep with eye mask on.

Cute space, close to town, the courtyard was beautiful.

Darker curtains would have been great (see through), the bed was terribly uncomfortable. One evening we did not have a parking spot at the location we stayed at and the coffee supply was not stocked up.

The property was so beautifully landscaped, you felt like you were entering a fairy tale. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities you need. Just across the street was an opening to the beach and many restaurants and shopping nearby

I am a smoker and there was no place to sit and smoke

The location was walkable to everything we wanted to do. The room was very nice and comfortable - loved the outdoor porch.

I was very disappointed with my stay. From the start, the customer service was poor. I received an email offering a promotional rate—one free night—but when I arrived, the promotion was mysteriously removed at check-in. The attendant couldn’t explain why, so we checked out and found another place. Additionally, when we checked in, it was quite warm, and we asked for a fan and instructions on how to use the heat later that evening. When we returned from the beach, we found that the maintenance technician had come in and turned all the heaters on in the house—every single one—making it even more unbearable. To top it off, I left a couple of personal items in the cottage, and despite calling three times to have them shipped back (offering to pay for the cost), no one ever returned my calls. I was always told to talk to housekeeping. and still, no resolution. Children were in the cottage next to us and it was extremely noisy. Lastly, parking was a total nightmare! I would not recommend this place!

Such a cute place! Colorful little buildings grouped around a central fountain and flower garden provided a picturesque place to stay during our time in Cannon Beach. Plenty of convenient parking even though it may not seem like it at first glance. The room was cute and well-appointed with extra blankets, a little faux fireplace on the wall and adjustable heater. We needed it because it was unseasonably cold. The location is perfect for walking to restaurants and shops.
