The breakfast was good with many choices. The room was clean. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The furnishings were worn and need an update. The bed was not comfortable. I did not realize the room I booked had a door connecting to another room. We could hear the other occupants clearly from our room which was unacceptable. We had to upgrade in order to have a quiet room. I may have looked elsewhere had I known this ahead of time.

"Perfect place to stay to enjoy Boston!"

Our stay at the Hyatt was exceptional. The price was reasonable and the location was ideal for experiencing all the sites and activities in Boston. We were close to many train stations so we could easily park, grab a train and get in to the city conveniently. The breakfast at this hotel is top notch. They offer a daily omelet bar which was awesome. Also, appreciate that they still offer daily room service! 5 star experience.

"I would stay there again"

Great breakfast, good room. I would stay there again. the staff was really nice and helpful. One day the shower pressure was low, but it was a sunday morning and I am guessing a lot of people were showering at the same time. the other days it was great
