A Cape Cod Ocean Manor Inn

I stayed here as a solo female traveler for a weekend getaway and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I felt less like a guest and more like I was staying with family. Martin and Ashley are incredible hosts, they truly made me feel at home. The location is perfect. Ocean Street is one of the main roads in Hyannis and everything is within easy walking distance. Kalmus Beach and Veterans Beach are just nearby and the harbor and Main Street are only a short walk away. The rooms were spotless and beautifully designed. There’s such a cozy, homely charm to the place, I genuinely hope they never modernize it because that warmth is part of what makes it so special! One of my favorite moments was waking up to the sound of birds in the morning and the view of the ocean, it was exactly the kind of peaceful reset I needed. I enjoyed breakfast and coffee in my room, which was both plentiful and delicious. I’m so happy to have found what feels like my second home in Cape Cod. This will definitely be my escape from the hustle and bustle of Boston whenever I need to recharge. I’m already looking forward to coming back.

Martin was such a friendly host. The moment we arrived he showed us around the sweet and cozy space. There was a tea station with dvds to choose from and a cookie jar—all of which we were very excited about! He also had a charming table with a map of the cape, showing us the best spots to go. The room was clean and comfortable with a beautiful view.

Quaint and cozy older B&B updated with some modern amenities, good communication with manager, beach just down the street, parking in front is visible from rooms, supplied list of nearby restaurants, DVD player, heavy insulated curtains, USB chargeable outlets, shower. Supplied coffee maker and breakfast items in our room.

Rooms very close together so easy to disturb other guests, steep staircase leading to rooms located on 2nd floor...not handicapped-accessible

Der Besitzer Martin war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Ich kam durch meinen Flug völlig zu früh zum Check-in was aber kein Problem war. Mir wurde ein Tee gemacht und ich durfte entspannt im Wohnzimmer die NFL sehen und in Ruhe ankommen. Martin und sein Team haben mich immer nach meinem Wohlbefinden gefragt und mir Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben! Auch das Frühstück wurde für mich angepasst! Am besten haben mir die selbstgebackenen Muffins seiner Tochter gefallen!
