"Wonderful one night stay"

The Cape Cod Ocean Manor was very charming and the owner was very nice and accommodating. The location was quiet and beautiful. We had all kinds of breakfast items in our room since it was off season. Pastries, boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, cereal, and oatmeal.

The bed wasn't the most comfortable, but we are on the picky side of liking a softer bed, so I'm sure for most it is perfectly fine.

"Pretty basic, but comfortable."

Quick response, bed very comfortable and room clean. We didn't see the much-acclaimed host, so can't comment on him, except to say he communicated well and left us a key.

The guest notebook directed us to a dining room for breakfast, but we could find no such room!! Breakfast was fruit and cereal on our laps in our room. The room fridge also had yogurt and some store-bought pastries. Coffee in the room was good. The vista was mainly buildings and parking lots. The salt marsh was visible from the balcony.

You might hear other guests walking, due to the size and age of the building.
