Barony Castle Hotel

Lovely building in a beautiful setting. Staff were excellent, very helpful, chatty and attentive. Have rebooked for next year's anniversary.

Bring an old building, floor was creaky, which didn't overly bother us, but I was conscious of guests below at night. Had an issue with housekeeping at one point, but hotel staff dealt with it well and we were satisfied at the outcome.

Location and good dog walks

Glass …my husband sat on a chair with shattered glass and my dog walked on the carpet with shattered glass!! No compensation receptionist said she didn’t have authority to give discount and was extremely dismissive! No sleep due to wedding party, placed in room above disco..yet again receptionist couldn’t give a toss. Lack of empathy from staff, out dated rooms and terrible shower. With a dog had to sit in bar no waiter service, goodness knows what you have to do if you travel alone with your dog!

Staff were very accommodating, room was spacious, clean, staff were exceptional. Restaurant was excellent, our server Kim was the best! The reception staff were excellent, super accommodating
