"Lovely staff, lovely atmosphere,"

The breakfast was lovely, everything you want and easily accessible,

Bathroom let it down too small as toilet roll was behind you and shower door swung into the bath

Restaurant, was lovely, nice ambience..

Food was not great, in fact mine was overcooked, not enjoyable at all. That was evening meal. Breakfast was a major letdown certainly not 4 star. Eggs were cold and rubbery! I expected 4 star breakfast made to order much less waste for hotel.
