Booked a Deluxe double room, on arrival it was cold thee furniture was chipped, damaged and poor quality the bathroom had no bath, the shower tray wasn't textured so a slip hazard you had to ask in reception for a anti slip mat, also feminine hygiene bags not as standard in the Deluxe room! This is essential for any hotel !! 2 tea bags in room, stingy in my opinion. Adding the "Till Gratuity " to anything you purchased ie drinks with the meal, non standard breakfast felt it was somewhat covert in nature

The building is impressive and in a fabulous location.

We felt that more consideration could be given to the decor of the rooms and bathroom.

Lovely location with nice seating area by bar. They accommodated us for a last minute dinner booking. Very helpful. The server was a young guy and he was so lovely. The food was really good - the venison was sublime I have to say. It was a great evening and we so enjoyed our meal and atmosphere. Grounds were nice and good places to walk.

Maybe a little bit dated. But it was clean and staff were very friendly.

It was a dream place. The walk paths and property were beautiful. The Polish map an inspiration! Staff was courteous and helpful. We even enjoyed the creaky floors as in a building such as this they are anticipated

more choice for vegetarians at dinner handrail from upper to lower dining room resurface approach road;too many potholes possibly some cosmetics eg shampoo in room walking maps in reception

Nice hotel staff very pleasant good value for money scenery excellent will go back.

Carpet needs replacing as starting to thread bare at top of stairs.
