GBEverything was excellent. Unfortunately when we arrived at check in time our room was not ready. This did not really affect us as we were made to feel very welcome and used the leisure facilities.

Bar man did an excellent job on Saturday night coping......a number of large parties = 4 people in the line waiting but each one was ordering 6 drinks.....twice I had to wait for 20 minutes. It would have been an idea to have extra staff when he needed it.......but he was excellent on most of the day and still had a smile and a cheery word at 10pm

I booked a room on the day of arriving, I booked a double room however when I arrived a few hours later, I was told they only had a twin room but they could push the beds together if I wanted. The WiFi was non existent in the room I was in and the cleanliness of the bathroom was absolutely disgusting, the shower tray was filthy (pictures were taken and show. To staff) but no offer of any refund or room move.
GGLocation great on arrival once yuor past the facade room block more like an asylum centre which yuo don’t see in any of the pictures. Lucky it’s a hotel or it would be regarded as miselling

GBStaff were very friendly and helpful. The spa was great, especially the really warm jacuzzi! Clean room, comfortable bed, pillows not so. Great breakfast, lots of choice.
