Hyatt House Dallas Las Colinas

Don't even think about staying here, this is is the bottom of the barrel MOTEL. Room 313, has 3 gunshot holes in the window, stained floor like the size of a pool of blood in the same room they did a horrible job fixing it. Dirty dishes, 1 spoon, splatter of food and whatever else on the walls, sheets were dirty, no toilet paper in one bathroom, no blankets on one of the beds.... wadded up soaked (but now dry) paper towel and garbage in the window sill, dried onion stuck to the cabinets, sticky carpet, cabinets missing handles or doors almost falling off and havent been wiped down in years... shall I keep going? Outside the walkway lamps are all broken, leaning and torn apart. I can't even believe Hyatt has their name on this dump.

The location was great. I was near many places and within 20 minutes or less for activities for my grandson.

There was blood on the floor in the master bathroom. The shower curtains had mildew stains. Food on the floor everywhere. Hair in the shower. Dirty refrigerator...stains on the mirror. It was apparent the place was not cleaned at all.

The space you get for the money.

Late check in, room was not cleaned, had np other room the same as booked to replace, new room for not have lift working in shower area in 1 bathroom and the sink in the other was not draining, work order was never worked as told by staff

This hotel was terrible. It was distgustingly dirty - our towels were dirty. Our sink was dirty. The toilet seat was dirty. Nothing worked in the gym, which was also filthy. The water fountains didn't work. The staff was not professional (one didn't even stop his personal call while he "helped" me) - they handed me towels and toilet paper in the lobby when I was on the way to dinner (I'm guessing because they had no one to bring them to me). Dogs barked all night in rooms where people must have left them alone (or were too unaware to notice??). I told corporate to close down this hotel - that's how bad it was.

Room was nicely appointed and planned out for an extended stay place.

1. A/C Failed to work on arrival room was @ 60 degrees. Tried to raise the temp, turn on heat. just poured out more cold air. Shut the unit off. Contacted the front desk. Was advised that maintenance had already left the day. This is a Friday at check-in time, for a two day stay. No follow up or care to get it repair. 2. On the the kitchen.... Ice Machine inoperable, no glasses or coffee cups. Temperature in the apartment was 58 degrees when we returned from dinner Friday evening. Ended up turning on the stove to get warm!

The location was ok

My room floor was wet. The toilet made a weird sound for 5 minutes after flushing the toilet. It smelt really bad when you walked in. The cabinet doors wouldn’t stay close and the couch was stained. The comforter was also too small for the bed. The tv was just like static so I couldn’t watch anything. The toilet sounded so bad that I ended up leaving the property at 2 in the morning cause I couldn’t get comfortable.
