CC's Hideaway

I came to CC’s last year for a week of yoga and Thai adventures and came back this year for two so I could do all the things I didn’t fit in last time AND meet up with friends I had met last year. Once you set up your week of activities the staff at CC’s really takes care of all the specifics and all you need to do is show up. From optional 2x a day yoga, day long water oriented adventures, aerial yoga, or a Reiki session, there really is something for everyone…. Including just hanging at the pool and enjoying the excellent spa services. The staff is warm and friendly, food delish and the rooms clean and comfortable and the general vibe friendly and welcoming. Come solo, with friends or as a couple…. It’s a great place to spend your time!

Such a lovely place to stay in Phuket, the staff were so lovely and helpful! The accommodation it self was very nice, clean and an overall vibe! We didn’t stay for the yoga itself but could add on whenever we wanted to their schedule. The walk down to the restaurants and bars is close enough but the walk but up is very big hike 🤣 there’s a shuttle bus that goes every hour and pick/drop you off in 5 different places and will also help you out if you need to go anywhere else and there not busy. Thank you for having us, 100% recommend!

A calming and welcoming boutique place to stay. Views are incredible here and makes you feel zenned with all the lush surroundings. Quirky pool with colourful floating balls. Staff are so helpful, kind and welcoming and very accessible on WhatsApp. Room is spacious and beds comfortable, with a huge shower. We joined a sunset rooftop yoga session but I realised it was too energising for me and didn't sleep well. They have a free shuttle to many stops along the beach. We enjoyed dinner at their eatery which was delicious. We joined their incredible overnight eco-tour of Khao Sok with raft house and elephant experience with my review on TripAdvisor.

Beds are a little creeky. Showers aren't very hot. Hilly and steep, away from main area, but we never ventured out to be honest and there is a free shuttle if needed. You have everything you need there.

My rating is 4.5 and if you read any cons below, they were minor and we didn’t let this affect the overall experience with CC’s Hideaway. A calming and welcoming place to stay. We are a family of 4, and booked a regular one night stay here so we could join the early meetup for the overnight tour of Khao Sok with raft house and elephant experience. We enjoyed dinner at their eatery which was delicious. A very hilly and steep area away from the main street, but we never ventured out to be honest. You have everything you need there. Our previous accommodation was in Old Town Phuket and we were informed that the Khao Sok tour was unable to pick up or drop off here or carry our 2 suitcases, but later discovered that 4 tour participants brought their large bags, and were dropped off here, which could have saved us an hour both ways from the long bus journey particularly during the crazy peak hour traffic coming home. Nevertheless, the Khao Sok tour was incredible and our guide Manee was so kind, friendly, full of personality, and informative. She looked after us so well and fed us delicious food. The tour was action packed, ticks off a lot of experiences, but very tiring from travelling long distances with boat & van. The overnighter was at Phutawan Raft House (not as advertised, but a lovely accommodation, busy). The elephant camp felt ethical, family owned and not advertised to broader tourism. Would have been nicer to use the smaller, quieter boats with less roof for better viewing, on the water safari - didn’t see too much wildlife here, but lucky to have spotted a wild elephant bathing on the first day. We saw monkeys and a few birds. The highlight was the genuine, warm attentive staff.

Very nice. I was staying in Patong and it really wasn’t my vibe (loud, busy, party central) so I moved to here- so glad I did. Very peaceful, a great programme of sessions every day like yoga, meditation etc. The shuttle is super helpful to get places and facilities are great.

Just one small thing- I was paying for activities individually(no retreat package) and signed up to a walking meditation/ qi gong session. It wasn’t cheap and I was disappointed when the session didn’t include any qi gong (the instructor said they usually do but not that day). I asked to join the next qi gong session for free seeing as this was the whole reason I booked and it wasn’t accurate to the description but they refused to do so and some of the staff were even laughing in my face for asking which was kind of mean.

I can’t ever describe perfectly what an absolute gem of a find this is. After a messy divorce. My friend in the UK recommended CC’s Hideawy to me to help me find some solace and it ticked ALL the right boxes. From reiki, massage, Muay Thai boxing to exquisite pool. Amenities. Good and drink couldn’t be better. In fact… faultless. The excursions were all included and with such meticulous detail. Supplying lunch, good fun and true happiness. All of the staff were amazing, too! I can only name, but a few, but for now I’d like to personally thank Nim, Christina, Phyo, Yui, Auo, manny, Gong, Daw and oh so many more. I was so impressed by my stay at CC’s. I came for a 4-day yoga retreat, and it was exactly what I was hoping for. I had the ocean view room and it was lovely - super clean, boutique style. The staff were welcoming and warm. The retreat options were endless - you can choose your own options, meaning the holiday is your own to build. I loved the twice daily yoga classes which also offered different styles and options. The beach yoga was super fun! Food at the Prana eatery was incredible. The breakfast options were healthy and delicious, and lunch/dinner (which you order from the menu) were all amazing. I wanted to eat through the entire menu! (They also have a very nice range of good cocktails at the bar.) I had a beauty day (with the massage/office syndrome package) and was very pleased by the cleanliness and professionalism of my masseuse. I also did the 4-waters eco tour day and found this adventure really fun - the kayaking through mangroves was a unique experience! Overall, I’d definitely recommend CC’s hideaway - either as a retreat or simply as a place to stay. I hope to return again.
