CC's Hideaway

CC is a fabulous place, a stunning oasis with awesome staff, like-minded travellers, lovely yoga and brilliant facilities & excursions. I felt so looked after, the staff really push the boat out to make you feel welcome and settled. Loved my stay and would love to return. Big thanks to all at CC's, including Bam, Puri, Nim, Manee, Chef, yoga teachers and so many more.

Overall, the experience was incredibly well-organized and enriching. From the thoughtfully planned tours and diverse yoga classes to the delicious meals, every aspect was handled with care. I particularly appreciated the professionalism and efficiency of your correspondence from day one, which set a wonderful tone for the retreat. I also want to commend some of the yoga teachers, who truly embody the spirit of yoga. Their guidance, expertise, and presence in the classes made the sessions deeply rewarding and it was a joy to learn from them. While my overall experience was positive, I feel it’s important to share a few areas that could be improved. A small number of staff members seemed visibly irritated at times, which slightly impacted the otherwise welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, I was overcharged for room services without receiving a receipt, which was an unexpected inconvenience. Lastly, one of the younger yoga teachers may benefit from further experience and training to ensure the safety of all participants during their classes. I hope this feedback is helpful as you continue to refine your retreat experiences. I truly appreciate the care and dedication evident in most aspects of the program and would be happy to return in the future.

I can't begin to thank CC's enough for the wonderful stay, they sure know how to treat a guest like royalty! Every one of the staff members went above and beyond to make our stay over the top. A special shout out to Nim, Stephanie and Chef Por, your kindness and compassion will never be forgotten. CC's takes the worry out of planning a perfect vacation. Their friendly driver met us at the airport for a late pick up and the next day we met with sweet Christina who organized all of our activities (many excellent options) and covered all the details about CC's and our activities we chose. The activities were not only well organized, we didn't even have to think about bringing that beach towel, bug spray, rain poncho, water bottle, etc., it was all thought out and provided for us. Coming from the US they knew our taste palate and what we could eat and what we should avoid to keep our digestive system happy. Chef Por's menu is fresh and delicious with a great variety of foods to please anyone. The resort and rooms are well appointed and clean. We loved having a provided water bottle and the ability to fill it at any time at the reception area, we think we probably went through one of the jugs! I'll never forget the beautiful friendships we formed, the fun and laughter we shared during activities, meals, and live music night. Lastly, the beautiful sendoff we received making krathongs (banana boats) to release into the water for the Loy Krathong Festival, we did not plan our trip around that, it was a pleasant added surprise.
