Don't let the review average fool you, this motel is old. It's summer season and it's packed up against the wood line so there are plenty of insects looking for a way into youd home. It's a family owned business and the proprietors are plenty accommodating. For the price, it's an excellent value, just remember the price you're paying.

We went to Williamsburg VA to visit Bush Gardens for the day and this hotel had good reviews for a place to sleep after visiting the area especially if that is what you are interested in and not the frills. For a small hotel the pool is very nice and clean. The staff was helpful and kind to us. The bed was comfortable and we liked the location. We would stay there again and plan to do so the next time we are in the area.

We needed a hotel just to stay overnight in Williamsburg to go to Busch Gardens the next day and this hotel was 44 dollars at the time so we made our reservation 15 minutes before getting there. The hotel looks kind of funky, the room was clean but the bed sheets looked extremely old and faded and the comforter has holes in it. AC works perfectly and it the fridge was clean. Location is perfect if you want to see Colonial Williamsburg. But I definitely wouldn't stay at this place again.

This was a good stay for the price. We stayed here overnight before going to Busch Gardens. It was exactly what we need and for the price you can beat it. We expect very low quality but it wasn't so bad.

I traveled to Williamsburg with my son for a weekend of Busch Gardens and Water Country USA fun. Upon pulling into the parking lot I noticed that the motel is quite dated; however, after spending a long day at Busch Gardens, it was a great place to shower and sleep. You also get a 10% discount at the pancake house right across the parking lot. I was surprised there wasn't really a lobby area and it looked pretty run down, but honestly, the bed was comfortable, it was quiet and good bargain for a quick overnight stay. If you're expecting a 4-star hotel, this isn't it - but if you need a cheap, quiet, comfortable place to lay your head for a night or two this is a great place. It has a small onsite outdoor pool; we didn't use it but there were several guests using it and it looked clean and decent. I think for the rate I paid and the location I'd definitely stay there again for a quick overnight trip; however, I wouldn't want an extended stay there.

Nothing fancy but if you just need a place to crash this works. The guy at the front desk was nice; I arrived about 11 pm and he walked me to my room, opened it, turned on the lights and AC, showed me the bathroom, then gave me the key. The bed was comfy, and most things looked clean although there was some dust. It seemed Also the shower could have been cleaner. There were room darkening shades.

We booked this room as nothing more than a bed to sleep in for a small family. It delivered an the room was actually clean and comfortable. Great value.

Shower curtain was really dirty and some tenants are shady looking. Overall not bad.

This hotel is an older place that could use some updating. Our room was clean but worn. Everything was in working order and it was perfect for what we needed. All we were after was a place to shower and sleep then be on our way. It is no frills. They do not offer breakfast but there is a restaurant next door. If you are looking for luxury stay away but if you just want to crash this is it.

The staff seems genuinely interested in making sure everything is acceptable (I was asked each time I saw the employees walking around/they saw me.) The rooms are dated and a little small, but seemed clean enough. No odd smells or anything off-putting. Overall, if you're looking for a cheap room for the evening, this is probably as good as you'll find. Keep in mind, though, that it's a motel, and not the Ritz. If you have proper expectations, this is certainly a decent place for the evening.
