"Nice place"

Amenities: great amenities, rooms and the bathrooms are huge. The Onsen was also quite big and ever well maintained . Loved the fire place in the area they call the living room. Food: it was ok. Quite pricey for what you’re getting. The comment one of my companions said was the spaghetti bolognese didn’t taste like bolognese. You may be better off going for a little walk to eat at some little cafes . There’s one 4 mins out. Food was good Japanese home cooking. The only pro is they have western food if you’re not a fan of Japanese cooking. Service: they’re a little short staffed, everyone was efficient and polite. The living room was really short staffed .. Would I stay again , maybe but would like to try a riyokan on my next trip

The service level from all staff was simply amazing. It was a great hotel with great views of the mountains. It was the perfect place to stay and explore.

The staff was so lovely and polite and very accommodating. The room and bathroom were very clean and spacious. They provide plenty of shuttles to get around to the bus and train stations. Also very accommodating for food. The onsen and amenities were lovely. Toyoma handled our check in and was so wonderful. Our dinner server was Bishnu and he was also so so helpful and kind

This was an incredible place to stay. The area is beautiful and the hotel was great. The staff was so accommodating and there was a shuttle to take us too and from town, which was a life saver with the steep inclines. The onsen and spa were beautiful and we loved all of the complimentary items provided to us. We will absolutely stay again!
