All the employees gave an excelent service! Everyone is always smiling and giving their best! The food is AMAZING, with lots of options. Hassan, who helped us in the restaurant gave us the best service and welcome to the hotel. The amenities and the room are perfect! No complains It is close to the airport and to the Marsa Marsek and Abu Dabbab

Dinner was very good. The biggest highlight for me was the value for money, very good for an all-inclusive hotel. The room was overall very good. Looks just as in the pictures. Beds are comfy. This is a perfect hotel if you're doing daytrips from Port Ghalib (diving, snorkeling, other beaches, Luxor). You still have the possibility to get breakfast and lunch boxes if you leave very early, as it's usually the case in those daytrips. Probably best value for money in Port Ghalib!

It's clear that this is not a luxury hotel, which is very fine for the price you pay for. The staff is a bit rude and seem untrained several times. There was a lot of confusion and contradiction on very basic things such as the starting hour of dinner. The cleaning staff knocked our door since 9:00 am to ask us when were we leaving (as a curiosity, not kicking us out), this happened two times and opened the door before we opened it for him, which was quiet weird. Another time one guy just entered, put towels he changed from other rooms in our bed, went to change our towels in our bathroom, and then left. He was friendly, but it was extremelly weird! Felt a lot of lack of communication in between the staff as well. There's no wifi in the rooms, only in the reception. Again, everything very fine if you don't expect an amazing service. We stayed in other very good hotels in Port Ghalib, that were excellent on almost everything! But overall Marina Lodge offers a great value for money!
