Clarion Hotel Bergen Airport Terminal

Loved the breakfast. Room was good bur the vent under the toilet

We chose the Clarion in Bergen at the airport because we were on our way back to the states the following morning. It was a great choice. Quiet, full service restaurant, etc., and right next to the airport.

Website states free parking. Read a little further it says they have 30 parking places. FALSE. They have 28 as 29 and 30 are reserved/private. Many cars had no parking permit as required by the hotel. I addressed this with the reception and was told there was nothing they could do and was told i had to pay for parking in the airport lot at 200+kroner per day. The ladies in the reception were not helpful and not very polite about the situation. Lesson learned. Stay at Scandic or Thon Hotel just down the road. No parking problems whatsoever there.

Honestly one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept on. Great staff, nice sized room, close to the airport for those arriving late or leaving early.

I truly appreciated the amazing cold buffet breakfast at 4am for early flights.
