Excellent hotel next to airport. Comfortable beds, easy late night check in, lots of variety at breakfast buffet.

Staff and quietness for sleeping. Fantastic Trainline to city centre.👍

Very friendly staff, clean facilities and lovely breakfast!

Bed and pillows were excellent - soft and clean. We didn’t get the opportunity to eat since our flight was so early.

The room conditions were excellent. With plenty of nice, kind, and smiley customer services, we felt like we were at home. Especially I really appreciate Jan and Kereme for their excellent, prompt help with our needs. Wonderful tasty buffet-style breakfast added great joy to our vacation..!! Thx much.

Close to airport

I have never been in a hotel where there is a bathroom glass window that gives someone a perfect view from the bed and room of someone sitting on the toilet. The majority of the glass is frosted but this is quite awkward and strange; was this a cost cutting design? We typically leave a bathroom light on during the night, but the master light switch did not allow for the bathroom to stay on; very frustrating. This hotel even though it is not attached to the airport, is still the closest to the terminal. Even during the stormy morning we had, you are only exposed to the outdoor elements for a few minutes which made it OK for us.

This hotel pre-delivered before I checked in: I messed up my reservation and they went above and beyond to accommodate it to me and my kids. I was not sure what to expect from the airport hotel but this one was surprisingly quiet and super nice. Very clean, modern, and great amenities. I have never seen my kids eat so much for breakfast: they had amazing selection of delicious healthy food. Check in and check out was flawless. I'd definitely stay in Clarion again

Bed was too soft and no amenities like coffe maker and safe .may be this because we had a standard room ?
