Not sure how a 5* hotel has no tonic water. Large groups of overseas visitors and a very poor selection of drinks available in the bar.

"Reasonable price, slighlty dated decor, but perfect location."

Typical Shangri-La so very comfortable although the rooms are now started to feel quite dated. I feel like I have been staying in these exact rooms for 30 years. Heavy set wood etc. Location is fabulous - you are RIGHT on the bridge and within walking distance of Lan Kwai Fong. Lots of good restaurants and bars within a very easy walk from the hotel.

We arrived to a massive conference being deconstructed so it was like being in a building site. There were very few staff on reception and we had to wait a long time. Eventually they sent us up to the 38th floor to be checked in there. Breakfast finished at 10am which is quite early for an international hotel - so we didn't make it. Quite frustrating. No bar to drink in in the evening so when we got back to the hotel we actually had to goto Family Mart to buy a bottle of wine.

Hotel Rooms were a good size and clean, breakfast was fantastic as well as the facilities like the Gym. Staff super friendly and helpful. Location was good as well.

Due to the Chengdu show the hotel was busy and waiting time for breakfast, if you were staying at the hotel and not attending the wine show would have been annoyed. Also, free WIFI wasn't great.

"Sehr gutes Hotel"

qualitativ sehr hochwertig, wie man es von Shangri-La kennt, makellos sauber und in top Zustand, das Frühstück ist gut, reicht aber vom Umfang nicht ganz an das z.B. im Shangri -La Bangkok heran, ansonsten absolut empfehlenswert; am bequemsten mit dem Auto erreichbar; 2 unterschiedliche Metro jeweils 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt
