"ESTAFA!"

NADA! ES UNA ESTAFA NO SE ALOJEN AQUI, NOS QUISIERON COBRAR DOBLE Y TUVIMOS QUE LLAMAR A BOOKING, LA RECEPCIONISTA CON UN TRATO PÉSIMO, HABITACIÓN SUPER RUIDOSA SE ESCUCHABA GENTE HABLANDO TODA LA NOCHE

La recepcionista nos dijo que no teníamos pagado el hotel por lo cual nos quería volver a cobrar, llamamos a booking y nos ayudó a resolverlo, al final la recepcionista saco más pretextos alegando que no le dimos los nombres bien y que por eso no podía ver nuestra reservación, cuando al inicio dijo que si la podía ver pero que no le aparecía pagado. ¡ESTAFA! la habitación super ruidosas, y una persona en alguna habitación de a lado se la paso hablando toda la noche, lo cual no dejó dormir nada.

El hotel muy limpio, tanto las instalaciones generales como las habitaciones. El personal es muy amable. Las habitaciones están muy cómodas. Definitivamente la relación de calidad y precio es excelente.

Solo estuve por una noche, quería utilizar la alberca a las 6 pm pero no pude porque estaban poniéndole el cloro. Creo que deberían hacerlo en horario que la alberca no está en servicio.

Location, parking, Breakfast was included, pool seems good clean and warm.

It seems a little old, the bathroom amenities wasn’t enough and shampoo y body wash, probably needs to use another brand or bring your own set.
