Adina Apartment Hotel Perth Barrack Plaza

Location is perfect, just a minute’s walk to Woolworths and about 8 mins’ walk to Perth Train Station. The blue and yellow Cat buses are just a few minutes’ walk away. Hotel is just a few minutes’ walk to Elizabeth Quay where you can do your evening/ morning runs along the beautiful Swan River. The apartment itself was well maintained and very clean. Beds and pillows were very comfortable. I love that they had two pillows instead of just 1 for each person. The duvet had some stains (maybe they would not have been so visible if duvet covers instead of sheets were used.) but they didn’t quite bother us. Shower was great. Kitchenette was well equipped, and the washer and dryer came in handy during our short stay. Overall, we enjoyed the stay and would have given it 10 stars if not for the duvet stains.

Excellent location - 5 minute walk to train station - you can catch the train to the airport from here. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. We didn't use the facilities as we were only here over night but it had a pool and a gym and a restaurant for breakfast.

Bathroom was looking a little old and the shower tap was quite pedantic. Otherwise it was a good hot shower.

You don’t need a room key to access the floors by the lift. There were people loitering in the hallways during the day made me feel extremely unsafe and that our room could be broken into.

Professional staffs especially the front desk officers. Fast check in/out, clean & comfortable apartment, strategic location, near to many eateries, k-mart, Woolworth and more. Safe location too. I am a return customer. Highly recommended for Adina!

Location was great, central Perth is right on your doorstep - museums, cafes, restaurants, and Elizabeth Quay just a short walk away. The train station was practically next door, although having rented a car this was not particularly useful to us. The room was really spacious, and had everything we needed.

The rooms were clean when we arrived, and as it was a serviced apartment cleaning was not daily, but when it did happen, very little was done. Fresh towels were provided, things were replenished, but the floors were not cleaned at all, beds were not made, dishes not done. Also, the parking was convenient, but the parking garage was really tight.
