"Nice hotel close to river."

Nice hotel in Surat to stay for all travellers. Everything is just amazing. Staff is also very helpful. Breakfast menu is awesome. Spice Restaurant is amazing for indian food.

"Best hotel in Surat!"

The Gateway hotel is in a class of it's own in Surat. Location, room, and service was excellent. We had just a one night stay at this hotel and would not hesitate to stay there again on my next visit to Surat. I would like to really point out the service... having completed a great dinner at their Spice restaurant, the service person asked me if he would see me the next morning for breakfast... We noted that we had an early flight the next day and without me asking, he offered to provide us a complimentary breakfast takeaway available at 5am the next morning! It is this type of service that really makes a hotel stand out. Thanks again Gateway!

"Excellent stay"

Had an amazing stay at this hotel. Staff very friendly, polite and helpful. Trainee Wajid Deshmukh was extremely helpful, nice to talk too and a very well mannered young man who always ensured we were fine and was always willing to help. Me and my family will be staying here again, thank you to all the staff for an excellent stay.

"great stay hotel"

Our stay at gateway atwalines in surat was absolutely marvelous. The whole feel about this hotel is great. Most welcoming and helpful staff. Great check in. The food was really a highlight. The breakfast and dinner buffet is fit for a king and will entertain any discerning diner. The desserts were absolutely superb. The food itself were very tasty and would please even the fussiest eater. The gardens are so well kept its a pleasure to relax there . The hotel is situated in a very lovly and quiet location. Very peaceful. The staff were ever ready to help and courteous at all times. We really enjoyedour stay there. We will most definitely return . Its a GREAT FEELING HOTEL. "Good"

The mattress on the bed is not at all comfortable any more .... needs to be replaced The bathroom amenities were not available and we had to call for them

"Great hotel in nice area"

Check in was efficient and staff very courteous. The restaurant was excellent and there was a great range of tasty food. Head Chef Ashutosh Pandey was an asset to the hotel and very helpful in assisting with our dietary needs. Great hotel and would definitely stay there again !
