Surat Marriott Hotel

Hotel was under renovation & was not able to avail the gym facilities. The breakfast buffet could have been improved with emphasis on taste versus number of dishes. The rooms on 1st - 4th floors need renovation. 5th floor onwards are renovated & have a better view.

Bedding matress wear and tear. Require attention

The Gateway Hotel Athwalines was on of the best hotels that we stayed at in India - having stayed at Delhi and Mumbai. The staff was friendly and the hotel was maintained and clean as well.

dated hotel but people say it is the best around. Smaller room then expected, but ok. Very simple. Laundry is very affordable. Buffet dinner had good selection, but repetitive minimalist music was very irritating. Made us want to end dinner quickly to leave the music.

Room, bathroom and property is maintained extremely clean and fresh. Service is at par and lightning quick. Breakfast was excellent. In room service was excellent and made as per requirement. Truly amazing stay.

This hotel is located on the outskirts of Surat, in a clean, well planned area, with wide roads, plenty of new business centres and shopping malls around and even a Bus Rapid Transport System. Great hotel for business and for leisure.
