Surat Marriott Hotel

Enjoyed my second visit now known as Marriott. It’s a shame they’d reduced the restaurant choice from 2 to one

We had a lovely stay and the staff were excellent. The manager called Neil was really nice i wish we stayed longer but i will definatly book for at least few days next time i go to India. The hotel has just been renivated lovely rooms great breakfast.

Excellent hotel, very good amenities and clean. Well staffed by competent professionals who are always keen to help

The hotel did not reverse the authorisation taken on my credit card even after check out formality was completed. Disputing the transaction with my bank.

Nice and prompt service

it's good , only one thing not convenient it nearby there is no mall or supermarket

Very well maintained property in the heart of the city. It is an old hotel but they recently renovated the room. The staff is extremely courteous and helpful. The breakfast buffet is totally worth with two live stations and multiple varieties to choose from. The gym is okay but they make up by have a fitness instructor who is very knowledge with great physique. The spa was worth my time and money but they should offer some discount to the hotel guest. Overall my four day stay was pleasing.

It was nice only surrounding is not very nice breakfast is good but fruit wasn’t good otherwise all ok
