Location is good, well maintained. Service is pretty good & all smiling & courteous staffs. Comfortable stay. Food menu variety could be enhanced. Breakfast is nice.

nothing is is called such as service. Room had lamps with different shades of lights. A cheap replacements and kind of itchy for the eyes.

I had lost my passport at Mumbai airport and only discovered the loss when I reached the hotel in Surat. The staff, Sudhanshu and Jaydeep, at reception worked tirelessly to locate it at Mumbai airport, and then for 2 days to get the passport from Mumbai To Surat before my scheduled departure. What a great service!

"Comfortable hotel in good location"

Really comfortable hotel in quiet location. The only mess-up was that despite request all 3 rooms to be on the same floor, they did not allocate accordingly . They did offer us an option to move to the same flor on day 2 but we ahd already settled in. I would stay here again.The airport is only 15-20 minutes away.
